Good luck to HSC students
THE 2015 Higher School Certificate (HSC) exams start today and Riverina Nationals’ MP Michael McCormack has wished the Riverina’s Year 12 students all the best for their final exams.
“The HSC is a great opportunity for students of all abilities to showcase their talents and prepare themselves for the next phase of life,” Mr McCormack said.
“Our schools have a number of talented and dedicated teachers and staff who, along with supportive families and communities, have helped prepare students for the final chapter of their secondary schooling life.
“It’s most important to remember that while these exams can seem stressful it is only one measure of a student’s ability.
“Take your time with your answer and read the questions carefully!”
Mr McCormack reminded students the HSC is not the only determiner of future success.
“There are so many options and pathways for you to pursue your career these days, whatever that may be – your HSC is only one,” Mr McCormack said.
“I wish the Riverina’s Year 12 students all the best for the next few weeks,” Mr McCormack said.
The HSC exams run between today and Wednesday 4 November 2015.
